• تسلم الطلبات من قبل فريق مختص لدى بيوسكين سبا أو من خلال شركات التوصيل إلى العنوان المذكور في طلب الشراء.
• في حال عدم تواجدكم في العنوان المحدد ولم نتمكن من تسليم الطلب، يتم إعادته الى بيوسكين سبا وخلال 24 ساعة ستعاود خدمة العملاء الإتصال بكم لتحديد موعد آخر.
• يتم التأكد من استلام الطلبات كاملة من خلال توقيع العميل على مستندات التسليم.
